Who we are
xcsPower is a daily practice app that isn't out yet, made by CS ASCEND TECH SRL, Orăștie, Romania. The company decides how the waitlist data is used (it is the data controller). This page covers the waitlist on xcspower.com. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What the waitlist keeps
- Your email address.
- Your vibe (Lock-In or Kawaii), only if you answer that question.
- Which of the page's forms you used, and when you joined.
- A record that you agreed to this notice, with its version.
That's all. No name, no phone number, no location, and no cookies. The emails don't track whether you open them or click their links.
What we use it for
To send you a welcome email when you join, and to email you when xcsPower launches, with your founding-member offer (the first month of Plus free). The legal basis is your consent, given when you join. You can take it back at any time.
Who handles it
- Brew (brew.new) stores the waitlist and sends the emails. Brew and its email delivery providers process your address mainly in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Brew's data processing terms.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the signup form. For visit counts we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't follow you across sites.
We never sell your address or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what's needed to make sure you don't get emailed again.
Your choices
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold, to get a copy of it, or to restrict or object to how we use it.
- You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
The waitlist is for people aged 16 and over.
The app itself
What you type in xcsPower stays on your phone, and in your phone's own backup if you use one. We never see your lines or goals.
